We are excited to announce that we are planning to run a Post-Confirmation group in our parish.

The idea is to create a group for youngsters, age range 14-18 years old, who will meet in the parish hall every fortnight to socialize and grow together in faith.

Meetings will follow this structure:

• Movie night on the life of the saints follow up by discussion and little catechesis on the saint. The movie are taken from watch.formed.org which includes the famous series ‘The Chosen’.

• Social Activities: bring your favourite board game over and play together. Make new friends and start getting to know each other.

• Prayer and Worship: Mass animated by the young people, reading, playing instruments, singing, altar serving, with time to reflect on the Word of God. Growing in awareness of the presence of Christ in the sacrament and seeing how God speak to us through his word that we listen at mass.

• Catechesis and Lectio Divina (The Ten Commandments; Capital Sin and Virtues; Corporal and Spiritual Works of Mercy).
